Metallographic and corrosion testing for Duplex, Super Duplex and Nickel-alloy grades.
Phase balance (Sigma / Chi / Laves) is evaluated by image analyser per ASTM E562. Corrosion testing covers SSCC per NACE TM-0177 (24/90/120°C as applicable), HIC per NACE TM-0284, pitting resistance per ASTM G48 Method A, crevice corrosion per Method B, and intergranular corrosion per ASTM A262.
