Customer-specific engineering castings produced across the same certified material, methoding and testing programme as our valve and pump work.
Beyond standard valve and pump components, our foundry and machine shop produce general engineering castings to customer drawings and specifications — brackets, housings, structural and process components in Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex and High-Nickel Alloys.
Every casting follows the same route: MAGMASOFT-simulated methoding, controlled melting, in-house testing and NDT, and optional in-house machining to finished dimensions.
