Metallographic and intergranular-corrosion testing across Duplex, Super Duplex and Nickel-alloy grades.
Phase testing (Sigma / Chi / Laves) uses image-analyser ferrite measurement per ASTM E562. Carbon steel is tested for SSCC per NACE TM-0177 and HIC per NACE TM-0284; Duplex and Super Duplex for SSCC per NACE TM-0177 at 24 and 90°C; Incoloy 825 (Cu5MCuC) at 24/90/120°C. Pitting resistance follows ASTM G48 Method A, crevice corrosion Method B, and intergranular corrosion ASTM A262.
