The Niyama criterion helps identify potential casting indications and optimize feeding before metal is poured — it does not eliminate risk outright, but it materially reduces trial-and-error on new and specialist methods. Our methoding and simulation team has particular depth on Duplex, Super Duplex and High-Nickel grades, where feeding and solidification control matter most.
