Every pattern is verified before production use, built with current software and equipment. One pattern serves Steel, Stainless, Duplex and High-Nickel grades — common tooling that reduces lead time across a customer's full material range. Reconditioning and matchplating are handled in-house; for new tooling, we work with 10 external CNC/VMC pattern shops.
