Two induction furnaces of 550 kg and 750 kg capacity, with temperature controlled by immersion-type pyrometer. Chemistry is confirmed by pre-tap Spectro analysis and again by ladle Spectro for certification. Argon purging controls dissolved gases and inclusions, and AOD billets are used for Duplex/Super Duplex charge discipline alongside clean, uniform scrap.
